Short answer
The Regal eyewear promotion is real: patch 1.0.2 names a fix for Rachel's missing promotional eyewear. The same patch fixes the Redeem button when using a controller. Neither statement provides a reusable code or confirms that a promotion is still open. No active public code string is verified here as of September 19, 2026.
Source checked September 19: official patch 1.0.2, General and Civilians sections. It confirms the reward and menu, not eligibility, expiry dates or a full redemption-menu walkthrough.
What is the Regal reward?
The official fix identifies eyewear for Rachel. If you already received a promotion email or code, use its original instructions to identify the account, platform and reward involved. A missing cosmetic and an invalid code are different problems; do not buy another code to diagnose a missing item.
This page does not establish a current ticket offer, territory, expiry, transfer policy or universal giveaway. Check the original offer or official game announcements for those terms. Do not post your unused code publicly.
Before you redeem a code you already have
- Identify the code type.A game purchase key belongs to its storefront; an in-game cosmetic promotion may use a different redemption path. Follow the issuer's instructions.
- Check account and eligibility.Compare platform, region, expiry and reward with the original offer before confirming. Do not assume a code can be reused on another account.
- Update the game.If using the in-game Redeem Code menu with a controller, compare your build with the 1.0.2 button fix.
- Read the result.Keep the exact success or error message. Redact the code and account details from any public screenshot.
Which redemption problem do you have?
| Symptom | Next check | Evidence limit |
|---|---|---|
| Controller cannot activate Redeem | Confirm the update, reopen the menu and retry once. | The official patch addresses this button, not every rejected code. |
| Code says invalid, used or expired | Compare the exact message with the issuer's terms and contact that issuer. | No universal reset or replacement code is verified. |
| Code accepted, Rachel eyewear missing | Check the intended character and cosmetic selection after updating; preserve the acceptance message. | The named Regal fix does not prove your account qualified for the offer. |
| No code received | Check the original purchase or promotion receipt and sender. | A wiki or generator cannot issue a missing promotional entitlement. |
Code safety FAQ
Are there working public codes?
No active public code string is verified here on September 19, 2026. That is not a claim that promotions never exist: official notes confirm the Regal reward.
Is Regal eyewear confirmed?
Yes. The official 1.0.2 notes name a fix for Rachel's limited promotional Regal eyewear. Current availability and individual eligibility are separate questions.
Should I use a free code generator?
Do not give a generator your account password, payment details or downloads permission. Use the original issuer's offer and the stated redemption destination.
