Use separate runs for story progress and challenge cleanup in the Smith's Grove prologue. That makes contradictory goals easier to test and failed tracking easier to report.

The efficient route is not to force all of them into one first clear: finish the story objective once, then replay for stealth, full-clear, or other mutually exclusive conditions.
