Short answer
Completing matches awards Perk Points. The developer describes two uses: rolling for Civilian Perk Cards and temporarily upgrading cards you own. Paying more for a roll improves the odds of higher rarity; it is not a guarantee. An upgrade lasts a limited number of matches, rather than permanently raising that card.

How do you get Perk Points?
Finish matches, then check the result and your balance. Do not use your Profile XP total as a substitute for the Perk Point balance. No tested fastest-farming route or points-per-minute rate is established here.
Before comparing two earning methods, record the mode, match duration, result and balance change. A longer match with a larger payout is not automatically the more efficient method.

How do you equip a Perk Deck?
The official overview says decks are assembled from your card collection and equipped to Civilian loadouts. Check the selected character and loadout before entering a match.

Identify the card's actual effect rather than choosing by color alone.

Decide whether that effect supports your planned task, such as a rescue or an escape.
- Verify
Confirm the selected deck in the intended Civilian loadout before starting.

Why did my perk upgrade disappear?
First distinguish an expired temporary boost from a missing card or unexpected rollback. Players describe confusion over upgrades resetting in this upgrade discussion; an anecdote alone cannot establish a bug.
- Compare the same card.Check its name, base level, displayed boost and selected deck.
- Review the purchase prompt.Compare the stated duration with the matches played since the purchase.
- Record an unexpected change.If it conflicts with the prompt, save before-and-after screenshots, balance change, platform and build. Avoid spending more points just to force it back.
